The Method

Mat Method is a low-impact, Pilates-inspired mat workout built around slow, intentional movements that target deep muscles for fatigue and in turn, growth and sculpted results. Expect controlled body strength work, a little shake, a little sweat, and a lot of burn. Expect 45-minutes of full body with blocks of focused lower or upper incorporated.

Clients leave class feeling stronger, sculpted and leaner. With consistent practice, clients can expect visible muscle definition and improved endurance for longer ski days, steeper hikes, and higher energy afternoons. 

Mat Method is accessible for all levels and all body types. We thoughtfully layer intensity, allowing each client to customize the work to meet their body where it is for the day.
