Mat Method is a low-impact, Pilates-inspired mat workout built around slow, intentional movements that target deep muscles for fatigue—and in turn, growth. Expect controlled strength work, a little shake, a little sweat, and a lot of burn.
You’ll leave class feeling stronger, sculpted, leaner and walking taller. With consistent practice, clients can expect visible muscle definition and improved endurance for longer ski days, steeper hikes, or parenting without the afternoon slump.
Mat Method is accessible for all levels and all body types. We thoughtfully layer intensity, allowing each client to customize the work to meet their body where it is for the day.

Meet Summer
Wife, mother to three, and a full-time Park City resident since 2024. With a background in Lagree and a love for teaching - Mat Method was born—selfishly and intentionally—from a desire for a sculpted mat workout that does what it says. The method focuses on defined arms, abs and legs through controlled, low-impact strength, minimal sweat, and a great soundtrack.
Clients leave class with energy, not depletion, yet the muscles worked are unmistakably felt the next day. With intentional pacing, a child’s pose or two, maybe some shoulder stretches, and built-in active recovery, Mat Method offers a smarter, more sustainable approach to sculpting—welcome to Mat Method.
