Welcome to Mat Method. By accessing our website, booking classes, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, intentional, and elevated experience for all clients.

1. Booking & Payments

All classes, packages, and memberships must be booked through our official website or approved booking platform. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prepaid classes or packages are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully. 

Late cancellations: $5 fee for cancellations within 10 hours of class start.

Full classes with waitlist: $5 fee and class credit forfeited if cancelled within 90 minutes of start time.

Refunds: Class credits are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances at Mat Method’s discretion.

3. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Clients arriving late may join class at the instructor’s discretion, but no additional time will be added. No-shows for booked classes will incur the applicable cancellation fee and forfeiture of class credit.

 

4. Health & Safety

Participation in Pilates and other Mat Method workouts involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. Clients should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing health conditions. By attending, clients assume all risk of injury and release Mat Method from liability.

 

5. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful, safe, and focused environment. Clients are expected to:

* Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

* Use equipment safely and follow instructor guidance.

* Refrain from disruptive behavior.

Mat Method reserves the right to refuse service or remove clients who do not adhere to these standards.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mat Method website, including logos, images, videos, and method descriptions, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

Mat Method is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during classes or on our website. Clients participate at their own risk.

 

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal information, including email and payment details, is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and storage as outlined there.

 

9. Changes to Terms

Mat Method may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
